1. Who we are

We grow a variety of fresh, gourmet mushrooms on our 60-acre family farm in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. We are former executive chefs and restaurateurs ourselves, so we know what it’s like to walk in our customers’ shoes – we used to wear them!

2. What we can do for you

Our focus is on freshness and reliability. Our entire business is designed around keeping our mushrooms available 48-hour fresh year-around, with weekly free hand-deliveries from our trusted courier and only 10lb minimum orders. Pittsburgh and Central-Western Pennsylvania chefs can place their order on Thursday for a Friday delivery – with no delivery fees.

Because we’re both growing and distributing the product, we can provide white-glove service such as hand-selecting the size and shape you desire for your dishes, packaging or delivering in a particular way, and growing custom-order mushrooms for your unique events and menu plans.

We sell our mushrooms in 5lb flat packs in roasting or soup grade in straight or mixed cases.
