Each kit includes our own mega commercial-grade 10lb hardwood fruiting block loaded with mushroom culture, made on our own commercial Pennsylvania mushroom farm. Keep it inside at 55-75 degrees, cut the bag per instructions, mist and watch the mushrooms grow! Take a harvest off the top and then bury it outside someplace shady to sow outdoors. Has everything you need and complete instructions.

- 1oz spray bottle to mist the bag with tap water

How to Grow

The mushroom mycelium is already growing inside. Wait for the signs of growth shown in instructions, and cut the bag according to instructions. Keep out of direct sunlight. Mist regularly and/or use a humidifer.

You'll get a first harvest of several pounds of fresh mushrooms in a few weeks. Harvest and continue misting for a second harvest.

Then bury it in a shady spot and cover with wood chips or mulch to plant outside.

Flavor & Cooking Usage

Buttery and meaty, the whole cap and stem is tender and delicious. Great roasted or sauteed.
